[AccessD] Please Help!

...exactly ...the few forums I frequent all have e-mail notification options 
...I get a txt e-mail of each post to threads I'm following and the first 
post on any new thread ...when I check-in I can take a look at any new 
threads and decide if I want to follow them as well.
