[AccessD] Form corruption

oops, I didn't know about that... I always have my PC muted at work to avoid exactly this sort of issue - you never know what sort of madness is going to start up otherwise.  I did see a "music off" switch on there somewhere.  Personally I don't like unrequested audio on websites.
