Seriously, here's my best advice. Pay attention to how you use and develop 
in Access for a while. Take note of the things you do, the decisions you 
make, and why -- and turn those into a series of questions, realizing of 
course that the candidate's answer might not mirror yours exactly, but 
that's not really the point -- if the candidate gives you a reaonable 
response, that's all that matters.
