[AccessD] Access Check References

I found that page earlier when I was trying o find an answer.

It does not say they are the right version Numbers, it just says that that is what is displayed.   
They are clearly NOT the right version numbers.

If it is Microsoft Access 11.0 Object Library, why does it show Access 9.0?
