[AccessD] What's Happening Here?

When I reply to some posts, I then get an automated response email from
mg at mga-charity.org:

Thank you for your email. If your enquiry is urgent, please telephone
our Support Office on 01332 290219 during normal office hours.
If your email is regarding Press/Media items, please resend your email
to media at mga-charity.org where it  will be  redirected to one of our
Trustees or the CEO.

Am I the only one getting these?
