This is an open-source, cross-platform .NET environment with an IDE and
open-source implementation of Silverlight.

It's at .NET 2.0, with many C# 3.0 features, with support for LINQ,
ASP.NETand Windows.Forms 2.0.

A fair number of commercial and open-source applications have been written
in it, including EA's The Sims 3.
