[AccessD] Access 2007 - Report Detail On Format Event

Good Morning Everyone,
 
Has anyone see a problem in access 2007 with the report detail on format event?  I have some code I want to run in that section and it never fires.  I have put a break point into it and a debug.print and neither things happen.  Is this a bug in 2007?  Is there a work around?
