[AccessD] Syntax for MSAccess xx main/subforms

Whilst going through some papers, I came across a print out I had done some
years back with regard to the above.

and there the link ends and runs out of paper.

According to the printout, I  printed it on 16/10/2004 so it is 5 years old
now.

I believe it would be worth bringing it to people's attention again as it is
a very good example of how to do these tasks.
