[AccessD] Decompile

RAID 0 +1 drives (big performance boost for any machine...), Quad core
(2.5 ghz), and 8 gigs of RAM.  For a desktop, it's pretty kicking.

It did when I used to do that, though on my current machine, that 'long
delay' is a few seconds at most.
