[AccessD] The old laptop is slowing down

It's been my experience that the Windows REGISTRY is the culprit.
That being said, I TRIED ALL OF THE REG CLEANERS.
None are that great.
I've had more success going in and cleaning things out manually....
But this is not for the "faint of heart".
Microsoft did create a special utility for uninstalling programs where the
built-in uninstall program did not do the job completely. Even their own MS
Office has this problem ! Office never uninstalls completely. Go figure !
