...I moved from OE to LM without a glitch ...LM installed, found my OE 
directories, both mail and newsgroups, and imported them all seamlessly 
...the only thing I had to do was add back in my folder rules for receiving 
mail ...I have to admit that I was surprised at just how well it worked 
...MS did their homework on LM.
