Where, Susan?  If you've finished with it, it's good practice to take out
the trash.  The catch with By Ref is that if you're going to use it later,
make sure you don't set it to nothing until you dispose of its container.

When referencing a Reference object, do any of you bother with 

Set ref = Nothing
