[AccessD] OT: They call it a 'Glitch'

You know what gripes me? The use of the word 'glitch' to describe the
software problems in the Toyotas:

"Experts say a glitch in Toyota's "Electronic Throttle Control System" would
be much more expensive and problematic than faulty floor mats. "

To my mind a glitch is a minor bug that doesn't affect the functionality of
a program - an annoyance, for which there is a convenient workaround until
the 'glitch' can be corrected.

This seems to be a mission critical software problem. Not, IMO, a 'glitch'.
