[AccessD] Where are my freakin' keyboard shortcuts??!!

I use Ctrl W to close current form/window/query... it is still
supported in A2007.

I'm with you on the Alt+W and a number. I really miss that!

Ctrl+F6 is the one we are forced to use now.
