[AccessD] Finders Fee

As you not, it's 10% of GROSS - NEVER take a 'net' deal.  You have no
control over the expenses.

Thanks both to Susan and Rocky.....and that's what I thought.
I've met a company whose owner believes it should be 10% of "net profit"....
 despite the fact that it is a 6 figure contract.
