[AccessD] A2007 Office button doesn't display all choices

I have an mdb created my somebody else that I am trying to convert a
macro to VBA.

The help I found via Google states to click the Office button and
choose Save As.

Clicking on the Office button in the mdb only shows Close database,
recent documents and exit Access.

No save, save as, option...

any ideas?
