[AccessD] Another shortcut missing

When creating a new query, Access 2003 and earlier always assumed the 
selected table as the query's data source. This no longer works in 2007 or 
2010 if you go directly to design view. It still works if you launch the 
Query Wizard.

Am I missing something simple again?
