[AccessD] Can Access 2007 “accdr” use Built-In Filters?

We would like to use the Built-in Filters (right click) on several reports.
The catch is that we are planning to deliver the system as “accdr” in order
to lock it down.  Is there a way to use the Built-In Filters with Access
2007 applications released as “accdr” files?
