[AccessD] Using BLAT as an Emailer

Here is another example of Blat where you might want to send an email as
HTML with some graphics embedded in it.

Again, just a one-liner so,  as Gustav says, could be shell'ed  straight out
or written as a Batch file and then invoked from there.
