[AccessD] How do you hide things from end users

 I am trying to hide some things from the end users.
 
 I have been turning things on and off in the
 Tools -> Startup menu.
 
 Yet there is still a command menu line at the top
 for File, Edit, View, etc.
 
 Is there anyway to hide that ?
 
 Also, using the Shift Key at application startup 
 time.  Is there a way to change that in case some
 end user knows about that feature ?
