[AccessD] Exporting from Access 2007 Query to Excel - DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputQuery Versus DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet

Both DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputQuery and DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet seem to
work nicely to export from an Access 2007 query to an Excel spreadsheet.

Are there any significant differences?

Is one better than the other?
