[AccessD] Doc Merge from Access

Just as SWAG but I suspect the problem is that when you click on the
Word Doc, the Access window is no longer the active window, so you're
spinning your wheels.  Have you tried using the RunCommand to minimize
before you follow the link (which I presume is to the Word doc)?
