[AccessD] Unknown Jet Error

Chester,

Where does stLinkCriteria get its value? Doesn't seem to be initialized to
me. What's the purpose of the Stop command?
Also why are you opening
DoCmd.OpenForm stDocName, , , stLinkCriteria  twice?
