As I understand it, they want the vendor to add data and send it back to them - pricing, delivery dates - stuff like that. Here's what the report looks like http://www.e-z-mrp.com/r_buy.htm Except there are two more sub-reports which don't show on this shot - the manufacturer's cross reference an the current shortages. And they want the spreadsheet to look like the report. A report can then be printed, faxed, emailed, PDFd...
