Don't think this is possible but it would certainly be very cool and nice! Not the value of the combo box, but the appearnace of values in the rowsource? I'd like to make certain values bold and others normal based on a column's value (not the bound column) in the rowsource as an aid in selecting the correct row (ie, enrolled vs not enrolled).
