Gary, Good idea, I hadn't thought of that approach. I wrote some VBA code to handle this unusual situation, but I would prefer another approach. Then those goals on the individual transactions wouldn't mess you up on the final totals as that would be only the data from the main report. Just a thought before I have had any coffee.
