[AccessD] dynamic sql - changing intermediate query sql on the fly at top level query runtime

Been there done that. You need a separate control table of all expected
values.
Then build the crosstab query dynamically.
Be sure to have an order column in the control table so you can control the
exact columnarization if need be.
