[AccessD] Learning new technologies

Good stuff guys....and I love tech.....but is it worth the time and effort ?
Whew, at recent MSFT technical sessions, I don't see anyone under the age of
40.
No young people are getting into tech today. Quite a tell....and I've seen
some IT salary offerings recently that border on the "appalling".
