Stuart, I probably should have said "getting Blat to work with Access" instead of just the word "install". This work was done almost a year ago and I don't remember all of the details (plus I have some brain damage from 32 years of COBOL, CICS, and DB2 :-) Anyway, as I recall, I spent several hours trying to get Blat to work with Access but ran into problems. I then did some research of other products and ended up buying Febooti. The two things that first sold me on Febooti were their very good online documentation and the fact that I was able to get it to work with Access very quickly. I may take another look at Blat for future projects. I have seen it mentioned by many people so I might experiment with it again, down the road. Just stick the EXE or DLL anywhere appropriate and call it. There is no need to install anything. -- Stuart On 11 Feb 2011 at 13:37, Brad Marks wrote: > my research, I did look at Blat, but I had trouble with the install > and when I submitted a question, I did not receive a reply.
