[AccessD] compiled .mde file allowing design view

Thanks.   I'll see if I can find out if that's what they did.  The database would not function properly without the code, though. . . .

And I still don't know what the issue is with it being blocked by Windows 7.

None of this makes sense, although that may be asking for too much.
