I had that opportunity Dan about 9 months ago...and I declined it. The pay rate was lower than what I was getting as a contractor....and I really had benefits coverage already. On top of that, there was a BIG agency fee involved. You might be aware that those guys always have their hand in your pocket....in this case MINE !
