[AccessD] Walk the DB Using ADO

Hi Arthur,

As I work with new databases frequently, I've found it useful to create
an Access db that uses ADO to get information on the owners, tables and
views -- and place it in an Access table. It currently works for Oracle
and SQL Server.

I'm happy to send a copy if it would be helpful.
