So you only lost one day's work. Take this as a sign from the gods in
Redmond. Back up several times a day. It's not difficult. Click the Orb and
then Manage and then Backup. It takes about 3 seconds and your ass is saved.
I do it several times per session and don't have to recover more than an
hour or so's work.
