[AccessD] 97 to 2007 Performance issue

Because 2007 is fat with "end user" features for all the developer wannabes
MS is aiming at.  A97 was still mostly restricted on the bells and whistles
to the stuff developers would want to use ... and knew how to!  VBA alone
has increased to a huge size in anything later than 2002.
