[AccessD] 2 quick questions

Arthur,

Are you saying that you use Intelligent Keys to create relationships between
tables? Or do you have fields with Intelligent Data which is not used in a
relationship between tables, but have a specific meaning to the users of
your systems?

Is this just a terminology discussion?

Dan

The problem (not to do with programming but rather the real world) concerns
batches. Just as CPUs are made in large stamped volumes, and hence chopped
into individual chips. The problem devolves into batch not individual chips,
or eggs for that matter. Much as I love AutoNumbers, I also realize that
Intelligent Keys have a place in the world, and everything depends on the
discipline.
