[AccessD] Help class

You know, John, I did this many years ago, but the code and such is lurking
somewhere on old dead laptops. I created an interface to allow specific
users (members of the Admin group, I think) to add items to the help table.
It's probably been 10 or 12 years since I built that, but I wanted something
that didn't have to be run through a compiler and could be built into the
database itself so it couldn't get lost. The big issue was context
sensitivity, and I think I addressed that by assigning a help query to each
page of the form that required specific information. Sorry not to be more
helpful.
