You know, John, I did this many years ago, but the code and such is lurking somewhere on old dead laptops. I created an interface to allow specific users (members of the Admin group, I think) to add items to the help table. It's probably been 10 or 12 years since I built that, but I wanted something that didn't have to be run through a compiler and could be built into the database itself so it couldn't get lost. The big issue was context sensitivity, and I think I addressed that by assigning a help query to each page of the form that required specific information. Sorry not to be more helpful.
