[AccessD] Crash recovery

Hello helpful folks.
Every so often I manage to crash A2007 in the middle of saving a form or
report as a new name. When I reopen the database the new name shows up in
the Nav pane, but when I go into VB it throws an error that the old name no
longer exists. I can clear the error message but only the old name appears
on the VB class list so I can't get to the new one. The error pops up every
time I open VB.
I've tried to figure out how to make the name change in one of the Sys
tables, but I've not been successful.
Anybody know how to resolve this, short if creating a whole new database?
