This system gets its low price from using an integrated graphics card and a low end chipset. It has a reasonably powerful quad core processor and lots of ram. For gaming it will *require* an addin graphics card. Other than that it is powerful enough to last awhile. For a hundred more I would go with this one: ZT Windows 7 Pro Desktop AMD Six-core Processor Buying new now I would go for the Intel i7. ZT Windows 7 Pro Desktop Intel Core i7-2600 Processor Item # 583919 It is *much* faster. This is the latest and greatest from Intel, quad core with hperthreading. Probably the best out there for a few months. John W. Colby www.ColbyConsulting.com On 6/17/2011 12:30 AM, Rocky Smolin wrote: > $599.
