[AccessD] Access replication

 Can't anyone please direct me to a simple
 example of using Access replication ?
 
 I am using MsAccess 2000 and 2003.
 
 Also isn't there some kind of stripped
 down version of MSFT's SQL server for
 operations on the desk top ?
 
 Where would find that to work on W2K ?
