[AccessD] Access 32 vs 64-bit

Imagine? I don't have to.  :-)

I've had Quad Integers (64bit)  and Currency (64 bit - 4 decimal places) and Extended 
Currency( larger range, 2 decimal places)  in PowerBasic for years.
