The common approach to this is related combo or listboxes; however, in your case the lists seem unrelated (unless of course only certain users have access to certain reports, but in that case you're missing a table and the lists are in the wrong order). I'd go with a simple dialog box containing two controls, one for reports and one for users. HTH, A.
