[AccessD] Pulling info from Outlook into Access 2007

All,

Recently, a need arose to pull data from Outlook into Access.

I have never experimented with this area before.

We need to pull the Email Subject Line, Body, and Sender based on the
date that the Email was sent.

I am guessing that this is not super difficult to do, but I am not sure
where to start. 

Any advice would be appreciated.
