[AccessD] Crome and LogMeIn full screen mode

Chrome does not work correctly with LogmeIn full screen mode.  In Firefox it causes the browser to 
maximize and the Windows task bar to disappear as well as all of the firefox toolbars.  In chrome 
something happens, i.e. the screen moves around but the task / toolbars remain.
