[AccessD] Convert 2007/2010 to 2003

If you go to the File tab and select Save & Publish you will be able to save
an accdb file as an earlier file type. Takes a while to navigate this new
ribbon/tab structure, particularly if you're like me and your few remaining
functional neurons were used to menus.

Not in this case, just wanting to demote a simple demo to 2003. Where's the
setting to do that Arthur? I can't find anything.
