[AccessD] Convert 2007/2010 to 2003

John - I've done all I can to move Microsoft into the direction of quality
with their products.
Their corporate "culture" seems to be running against this concept.
This would explain why their stock price has languished for a decade.

Bill Gates started with the philosophy of writing it so it was "good enough,
not perfect".
Unfortunately, the "good enough" standard at MSFT is now very much lower
than when he was in charge.
