[AccessD] Numbers within a street

You're quite right. Given that the inputs have been largely entered by
(gasp) db-ignorant volunteers, there may not be any simple extraction. But a
simple query extracting (most of the) street numers will get us about 80% of
the rows, and the remainder can be adjusted manually. That's my guess,
anyway. Upon achievement of this interim step, it's a cinch to grab the odd
and even numbers. In case you're wondering, this is to facilitate the people
canvassing and/or hanging signs for the designated politician.

My first shot at this target was back in the days of DOS. I wrote the
campaign-management software for our recently-departed Jack Layton Back then
I did it for free, because I believed in his vision. Now I'm doing it again,
and again for free, because I believe in the NDP vision.
