[AccessD] Automatically Fire Up an Access Application When Logging On to Terminal Services

Yes there is, but sadly, I don't remember it. It's a setting in TS. Come to
think of it, though, I'm pretty sure you could do it by plonking a shortcut
into the Startup folder.
