[AccessD] Citrix Environment issue....difficult client

Thanks Rocky. I did all of that.
I was ignored.
They said "fix it". I said I effectively could not...and my opinion was the
problem was outside of my code.

I offered them two brilliant ideas to isolate this:
1) Try Excel 2013
2) Try 2010 and 2013 in a different Citrix environment
