Are you talking about creating a new tab or simply changing the value of a tab control to to show a different page? I use 2010 but I'm not familiar with the NavigationForm, so perhaps I'm misunderstanding the question. In general, you can change the tab page by setting the value of the tab control to the index of the page you want displayed.
