[AccessD] Error 70

Just got an email from him. He tried it on a different machine and  it
worked.  So it's something about his laptop. I'll forward your response.
He's an IT guy so it may tell him something.

Just wondering, where is he installing it on his PC, and what is his OS?

I know I had to tweak some Vista machines to run in
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\ because of over protective Windows issues
